Weekly or monthly view EBS weekly or monthly view will give you a quick overview of available halls for the selected week or month. A customizable status color system will shows different colors based on current event status. Additional option to show merged halls as booked.

Daily view Unlike Weekly schedule screen, daily view screen shows booked events for the day. Colored boxes easily and clearly identify each and every hall along with time of the event. This save precious time when a customer service representative is on phone with a valued customer.

Catering Menu EBS allows you to store master menu which can be copied, mixed, merged, modified and ordered for each event which can save enormous time while working with an event.

Contract A professional looking and extremely customizable contract can be printed and fax to customers for signature or emailed to customer as a PDF document for convenience. Customer Contacts include sections for event schedule, Event menu, hall setup, customizable contract policies and other details while a work order can be schedule, menu and setup.

Reports EBS has two sections of reports. One section for the day to day process like invoices, weekly events list while the second section covers all summarized or detailed information on customers, performance type of events etc. Multiple graphical reports quickly compare performance against past or different facilities
